Beautiful home in West Hampstead

I am looking to find a lovely new flatmate to take over my tenancy in a beautiful 2 bed flat in West Hampstead. I’m relocating away from London to be closer to family and the room will become available from the afternoon of 1st June 2024. The contract runs until March 2025 (with a 6 month break clause) so looking for someone to move in long term who wants to make it home.

Bills not included but they average out to approx. £150 per month over the year.

You will be sharing with my amazing flatmate who is a medical sales rep. He is social, fun and super respectful. He’s been the dream flatmate and I’m sad to be moving out.

The landlady is really great. She is super responsive if anything breaks (very rarely). The room is an absolutely steal because she has not raised the rent since my flatmate moved in.

The property: first floor apartment with quiet & respectful neighbours. HUGE living room with separate kitchen with lots of storage. Shower room with separate toilet. Will post more pictures of the property in next few days.

The Room: Very large double bedroom. Comes with bed and large 3 door wardrobe. Plenty of space for you to also have a desk, chest of drawers etc.

The area: just off the lovely west end lane. 5 min walk to either Thameslink (amazing if you are commuting to the city) or West Hampstead tube (jubilee line). Transport links are great. 10 min walk to Hampstead village or 20 mins to Hampstead Heath.
