West Hampstead House

One of our housemates is moving out so we’re looking for a fifth housemate to join our house in West Hampstead from mid-May (exact date TBC soon). 😊😊

The housemates:

We’re four girls between the ages of 24-26, ideally looking for someone similar to join us.

We all joined the house via spareroom but are good friends now and are looking for someone who’s keen to be involved and be a good addition! We also have our own lives outside of the house and respect each others space.

The house:

Rent: £765
Bills including council tax: £120-150
Contract: 12 months

The room:

Spacious double room on ground floor, includes double bed and desk. We have a spare wardbrobe and chest of drawers that can be moved back into the room if needed and some additional furniture.

The house includes 3x bathrooms, a kitchen (with dining table), living room and garden.

Transport:

West Hampstead on Jubilee line, Thameslink, and Overground all 10 minute walk away or 3 minute bus.
