We are Ben and George :) We’re looking for a third housemate to join us in signing for this property in West Hampstead (see photos). The property is in a great location - 30 seconds walk to the jubilee line and overground, and 2 mins to the high street. The block of flats also has a gym and sauna usable by tenants.
My interests are running, cycling and electronic music; and George is into playing drums (not at home), reading, football and running.
We both work full-time jobs in the city, so enjoy hanging out in the evenings when we get the chance! We enjoy cooking and sharing the occasional meal, if that was something you wanted to take part in also.
The move in date is 7th July and we are looking to sign a 3 year lease with an 18 month break clause. So we’d be looking for someone to move in for the medium term.
