My flatmate is moving and I need to fill her room in our two bedroom, two bath flat in a gorgeous new build. The complex comes with a free gym (with sauna & steam room), multiple gardens, and 24hr concierge! You'd also have your own private bath.

The flat is amazingly well connected, located only steps away from the Jubilee line, overground, Thameslink, bus, M&S, pubs, coffee shops, corner shops, and more!

Other amenities include:
- Large wrap around balcony with LDN skyline views
- washer/dryer combo
- Central heating & A/C
- Lots of storage
-Bike storage (covered, outside)
-Dedicated WFH desk area in common space

Logistics:
- Move in date: as early as May 13th
- Lease: ends July 31st, but renewing until July 2025 (rent will stay the same)
- Fully furnished, but if you have your own stuff we can figure it out with the landlord :)
- Rent: £1500
- Deposit: £1875
- Bills: £65 per month (not including council tax)

A bit about me:
- 32yr (almost 33) old female working in marketing for a bank
- From America (California) and been living in the UK for nearly a year
- Dog mom to Mosley, a cuddly 5yr old cattle dog mix
- Single
- Golden retriever (outgoing) personality, but know when to give people space!
- Work from home (out of my room) 3 days a week

Looking for like-minded individuals who see their flat more like a home. Ideally someone open to game nights, low key dinner parties, and must like dogs (or at least mine)😅 We don't have to be close friends, but that would be a bonus! Open to male or female (I've lived with both). If you also have a dog that would be okay too...just need to make sure they get along first 🙃 No cats though, sorry!
