We have a big and bright double bedroom available in our 5 bed, 3 bathroom house from late March/early April. It comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, bedside table, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobes, the rent is £850, excl bills. We’re looking for someone to sign on the lease for 12 months.

The house is the top three floors of big airy victorian terrace 5 min walk from West Hampstead tube station, and a range of great local pubs and cafes. Great commute, being 25 mins from Central London, and a large communal living area.

A bit about us:
We are 4 friends (24-26) who work variously in film, law, education and finance. We all have busy jobs but love the occasional drink together, or sitting down in front the TV. Three of us play musical instruments and we all enjoy cooking. We’re friendly and like to hang out together when we can so would love someone who is laid back and social. Ideally we’d like to find someone a similar age to us

We’re clean, tidy and always respectful of each other’s space, so we’re looking for someone who is like this too. Most importantly this is a home and not just a house, it’s important to us to everyone enjoys the space.
