Hey there!

I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into our lovely bright and spacious flat located in well connected West Hampstead as my flatmate is moving out to start her new adventure :)

I cannot express how incredible the flat really is. It’s a furnished 2 floor flat with a garden + home office/shed space in the garden. It is very spacious with a large open planned kitchen, dining area, separate living room and 2 full bathrooms. Among other things, the kitchen includes a gas stove + oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing/drying machine.

The flat itself is super well connected, located a few minutes (less than 5 mins away) away from West Hampstead Thameslink, overground and underground (Jubilee) stations. The location is the best in my opinion where you’ll live on a quiet street while being less than 30 mins from anywhere in London basically. Bonus: Hampstead Heath is less than 20 mins walk away from the flat if you’re into running and/or the outdoors. Local doctors office and hospital all close! Bars, restaurants, coffee shops a stones throw away.

About the room: You’ll have the smaller and cozy room (double bed) with tons of storage + exclusive access to the office in the shed in the garden for your WFH days. We’ll share both bathrooms conveniently located on each floor of the flat.

A little bit about your new flatmate! You’ll be sharing the flat with me, Caitlin. I am a 33 year old Canadian and have been in London for just under a year but have been living in the UK for nearly 10 years. I work in marketing within the hospitality industry - food + drink is definitely a passion of mine! Personal interests - travelling, finding new foodie spots, good wine, strong coffee, love spending time with family and friends + meeting new people too :)

It would be great to find someone (ideally a female or male in their late 20s to 30s) who is clean, tidy, considerate, house proud, and is looking for a place to call home and shares a similar lifestyle. Bonus points if you would like to share the occasional dinner with me or maybe watch a movie/share a bottle of nice red wine, enjoy some cheeky humour / puns and good laugh.
