Room in student accommodation - July and August

I am offering my gold ensuite room with a private bathroom for rent in a student accommodation located in central London, in West Hampstead area, for the months of July and August.

The Room:
The room features a small double bed, a large desk, and plenty of storage space. It is very bright, with a large south-facing window offering views of London. It is situated on the fifth floor of the accommodation with elevator access.

The Kitchen and Living Room:
The room is part of a block with 7 other people (currently only 5 and they're all really nice), with whom the living room and kitchen are shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and kettle. There is also a large dining table and plenty of cupboards. The living room includes two sofas, a coffee table, and a television.

The accommodation:
The accommodation is called iQ Haywood student accommodation and hosts international students. There are many common areas, including a terrace, a cinema room, a laundry room, a pool table, and a foosball table. There is also a 24/7 concierge at the entrance of the accommodation.

The West Hampstead Area:
West Hampstead is a charming neighborhood with many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. A three-minute walk will take you to an underground station, an overground station, and a Thameslink station, allowing you to be at Bond Street in 15 minutes.

I am offering the room at a price of £1350 per month, all-inclusive, and a contract will be signed with the accommodation. As this is a student accommodation, the room can only be rented to a student.
