Hi, I am Naomi and I am looking for a new flatmate to live in this beautiful, clean, modern and spacious flat in the heart of West Hampstead! My friend who currently lives here with me will be moving into her boyfriend’s home in August and therefore we are looking for someone to replace her for 12 months (13th August 2024- 13th August 2025).
About the room (Double bedroom with own bathroom):
Double bedroom: (3.3m x 3.2m ) A clean and modern double bedroom, with high ceilings and big enough to have a desk in it.
Own Bathroom: The bathroom is modern, spacious and has lots of storage. It includes a bath with a shower, heated towel rail and large mirrored storage cabinets. (It is not an en-suite, but it is just across from the bedroom).
About the building:
The second floor of a modern, safe and clean building with friendly neighbours.

Personal interests - Pilates, socialising with friends and family, working through my list of restaurants/ coffee shops to try in London, attending fashion exhibitions, walks on Hampstead Heath and meeting new people!
New Tennant:
Working professional (ideally someone who is a hybrid worker and doesn’t work from home all week).
- Someone kind, friendly, respectful, clean and tidy.
- The length of the contract is 12 months (August 24- August 25) which lines up perfectly with the academic year so this property might be suitable for someone working in the education sector too.
- Room can be furnished if required.
