BILLS ARE APPROX. £230 A MONTH. I'm moving to Edinburgh at the end of July to study and my lovely flatmate Suzy is staying for another tenancy! She's incredibly kind and very easy going, but of course there is a level of cleanliness expected. The communal areas are well equipt with a kitchen and living area finished to a high quality. Lots of natural light and windows! The room itself has a modern bathroom with bath and shower. It's spacious with plenty of storage room (2 x closests). Suzy is an artist but also holds down a job in high end tutor recruitment. Anyone hybrid working is more than welcome. She likes to lead an active lifestyle and bakes such great desserts! I am envious of whoever ends up taking my place :D
