Spacious Double Room In West Hampstead

Our flatmate is unfortunately moving out on the 13th of August so we are looking for someone to take over the room.

The room:
- Decent-sized double bedroom
- Comes furnished with bed / wardrobe
- There is additional storage space just outside the room
- Rent £1025 per month (excluding bills)
- Bills come to around £150pp per month (water, broadband, electricity & gas, council tax band E)
- We also have a cleaner once a week for £63pp per month

Bathroom:
- You will share a toilet and bathroom with 1 of the existing tenants (female) (other room has separate ensuite)

The flat:
- Large 3 bed flat (110 sqm)
- Separate kitchen and living room
- We have a cleaner once a week (see cost above)
- 5 min walk to West Hampstead station (Jubilee), Thames link and Overground
- Various shops, cafés, etc. in the area

The flatmates:
- We've been here for quite a while and love both the flat and the area
- We are both European professionals who work daytime Mondays to Fridays
- We are very friendly and easy to live with, up for a chat and hanging out, but also respectful of private time (especially during the week)

What we're looking for:
- This is a clean and calm flat, so we are looking for someone who will appreciate this
- We do have friends over for dinners/board games etc, but it's not a party flat

The place is available from the 14th of August. Minimum stay until August 2025 (when contract renews).
