I am currently looking for a new flatmate to move into the en-suite room within our gorgeous 2-bedroom flat in West Hampstead, since my current flatmate just bought her own place and will be relocating in September 🏡
The flat is located within a 15 minute walking distance from the West Hampstead Tube station, and the area boasts plenty of shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy and several pubs in the immediate proximity (great for socializing!).
Bills add up to roughly £ 130 - £ 190 per person/month and cover the Camden council tax, WiFi, central heating and electricity.
The en-suite is partially furnished with enough space for a desk (which is ideal for hybrid working). While my flatmate will be taking the wardrobe and the double bed with her, the real estate agency will be footing the bill for replacement furniture.
One of the flat's key perks is the backyard i. e. garden, which is perfect for yoga and other morning exercise routines 🧘🏻♀️☕️
A bit about me: I'm an active and outgoing professional working in finance (ESG Investing) who moved over to the UK from Washington D. C. in 2016. Generally spend most of my weekends in Cambridgeshire (since my boyfriend is based there) and work long-ish hours, but when I’m around, always up for a catch up, dinner or a glass of wine!
We've occasionally hosted parties, so certainly open to having people over every so often but in the past, we've tended to do our own thing and enjoy quiet time for studying/reading/cooking etc.
If interested, feel free to drop me a message! I’ll be hosting viewings from July 1st until about mid-August. Note that while the tenancy agreement officially renews on Sep 10th, the move-in date is relatively flexible (late August move-ins are fine, subject to reference checks).
