Room to rent: West Hampstead

Hi.
I have a room available at my (rented) flat in Hillfield Road, NW6 from the beginning of September (moving in from Sunday 1 September).
The room is available for six or seven months (and possibly longer but would need to be discussed).
My current flatmate of three years is moving out of London. So, I’m looking for a new flatmate. I have lived at the flat for over six years.
It is a (really awesome) spacious flat (two bedroom with a shared bathroom) and on the first floor (but with a lot of steps to the ground floor that make it feel quite high up). It is quite quirky!
There is a shared living room/kitchen (semi open plan).
The bedroom becoming available is spacious (really quite big) and there is a double bed and wardrobe already in the room. The room would easily fit a sizeable desk or a sofa.
The place is fully furnished (so you won’t need any big items).
The rent for the flat in total is £1950 (split between two so £975 each).
Bills would be estimated at around £190 per month (each) on top (Council Tax Band D (Camden Council), gas/electricity, broadband, water, TV Licence).
So, the total per month would be approximately £1170 each.
West Hampstead is a great area (very well connected with Tube, Overground and Thameslink stations). Lots of bars/restaurants/shops etc. About 15 minutes to Bond Street direct on Jubilee Line.
