Hi.

I have a room available at my (rented) flat in Hillfield Road, NW6. The flat is in a quiet cul-de-sac.

It is a (really awesome) spacious flat (two bedroom with a shared bathroom) and on the first floor (but with a lot of steps to the ground floor that make it feel quite high up). It is quite quirky (and very homely)!

There is a shared living room/kitchen (semi open plan). The living room is South facing meaning we get a lot of natural light.

The bedroom becoming available is spacious (really quite big) and there is a double bed, small desk and big wardrobe already in the room. Even with all the furniture the room could still fit a double sofa.

The rent per calendar month is £1100 (bills included).

Bills include Council Tax Band D (Camden Council), gas/electricity, broadband, water, TV Licence.

West Hampstead is a great area (very well connected with Tube, Overground and Thameslink stations). Lots of bars/restaurants/shops etc. About 15 minutes to Bond Street direct on Jubilee Line.
