Looking for a third flatmate to join us :)

Hey all!

We are two girls in our 20s and 30s, with two lovely golden retrievers, looking for a third flatmate to join us in our beautiful flat in West Hampstead.

***About the flat***
We've stayed in the flat for the past 2 years and are now hoping to extend the contract for at least another year or two. The flat is lovely—very spacious and bright (when the weather allows), ground floor, each room is ensuite. There's a huge kitchen/living space area, and we get spoiled by a dishwasher.

***About the room***
The room is the biggest of the three, with a lot of storage space, and its own shower. It is unfurnished, so you'd be able to decorate it to your taste. It'll easily fit a king-size bed and a desk, with plenty of room left to spare.

***About the area***
We could not ask for more location-wise.

We are very close to all the major transport links—West Hampstead tube station (Jubilee line) is less than 5 minutes' walk, Finchley Road (Metropolitan line) is 10 minutes away. We also have West Hampstead overground station and Thameslink very nearby.

There are plenty of stores around, too, with M&S across the road, and Sainsbury's and Waitrose superstores within 10 minutes. The road we are on is calm and quiet, but West End Lane is right next to us, offering a number of cozy cafes, buzzing bars, and welcoming restaurants.

***About us***
We are relaxed and easy-going, often enjoying a quiet evening in (having a meal together, or a glass of wine, chatting about anything and everything that comes to mind). Occasionally we will also have a night out in one of the nearby pubs/bars, or elsewhere.

We are both working full time. I, Maria, am in healthcare data analytics (and can talk non-stop about data and the NHS—don't ask if you don't want to know...). Ana is in sales (life sciences and pharmaceuticals). I work primarily from the office, and Ana is usually at home.

The two golden retrievers, Max and Thor, are the sweetest dogs you'd meet, and their tastes in snacks never cease to surprise me...

Outside of work, we enjoy nature walks, stand-up comedy, theatre, cooking, eating out, and a good conversation :)

***About you***
We are looking for someone respectful and clean, who is living a relatively calm lifestyle but is open to an occasional outing. Above all, we are looking for someone who would be keen to be a friend and not just a flatmate :)

***Some practicalities***
The flat is available from the 2nd of September. Rent is £1,100 without the bills (these will come up to ~£150 a month). You'd need to cover the deposit of £1,115 when moving in, and go through the referencing process by the letting agent.
