I have a spacious, friendly flat in West hampstead.
Move in date: 15th August
Rent: £1120 + £100 bills aprox
The room is big, can fit double bed, desk and sofa in there easily. Comes unfurnished but happy to sell on most of the furniture in the photo.

Very nice area, high street is full of charity shops and coffee shops. Aldi, 5/10 minute walk away but also Sainsbury’s, M&S and Waitrose nearby. Pure gym 15 minute walk. Jubilee line, national railway and overground 7 minute walk away.

I’ve been living in the flat over a year, I’m a pastry chef, so would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home as I am off work mid week. I enjoy reading, singing, eating out and swimming in the lido.
Chilled vibes, up for the odd movie, dinner party and evening chats in the kitchen.
Need to find someone by 21st July!
