Situated 5 mins walk from all 3 Westhampstead stations (overground, underground, train!), 20 mins walk from the famous Abbey Road. Street parking available (Camden council parking it's around 80 GBP for a year I think. Bills not included - it's 35 per month on water, 20 on internet (if you find a good deal) and between 60-200 in gas/electric depending on the seasons, weather, wars, and personal usage.
Two large rooms, one facing street (sun in the morning), one facing garden (sun in the evening), a reception, hallway, separate rooms for shower and toilet, washing machine, and kitchen dishwasher, gas stove and electric oven. Private garden which is mainly gravel, with two raised beds for planting, composting pile and garden table/bench.
