Hi, my flatmate and I are looking to fill a room in our three-bed flat in West Hampstead from *August 7th*

We are looking for a girl, 24-29 year old working a full time job, who would be down to socialise and vibe with us but equally enjoy her alone time. We’ve got a good balance of social and chill in the house and would prefer to keep it that way without crazy parties, etc.

*Important*: you will be living with two cats 🐈 so no allergies pls!

Area:
🚇 Very well connected! 7 min walk to West Hampstead underground, overground and Thames Link
🛒 Waitrose, Sainsburys, Tesco and M&S all within a 5-10 minute walk
🌳 Residential quiet area, within a 20 minute walk to Hampstead Heath

Yuliya: 25, Ukrainian, working in design/architecture industry. Love everything creative, art, design and photography🎨 Have my own fashion brand. Big into sports and dancing💃🏼

Carolina: 26, French/Ukrainian working in Comms for UK government. The two cats are my children 😻 I enjoy chill evenings at home, traveling, eating out, discovering new Netflix documentaries 🤠

🏡About the house/room:
Deposit: £1,134
Rent: £970
Bills: ~£150-200 (council tax, wifi and water fixed, gas/electric depending on season)

Lots of storage in the room, with a small desk, nightstand, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

We have a washer/dryer, dishwasher and an attic - perfect for suitcase storage.

You will be sharing the bathroom with Yuliya but we also have a small guest toilet available.

The tenancy is currently until May 2025 however there is a possibility to renew (we renewed and have lived here since November 2022!)
