Cozy room in West Hampstead, all bills included

Subletting my cozy bedroom for a month ;)

- **Address**: SW6 West Hampstead

- **Transportation**: 3 minutes to bus stop which takes 30 minutes directly to Selfridges in the city center. The subway is very convenient: a 10-minute walk to West Hampstead Jubilee Line, a 15-minute walk to Finchley Road Metropolitan Line, 8 minutes to Thameslink with access to various airports, and 8 minutes to the overground.

- **Surroundings**: Located in a wealthy and safe area with various supermarkets within a 10-minute walking distance, parks, gyms, and more. Close to the high street with excellent wine bars, Gails, and cafes.

- **Room**: The house is semi-detached. My room is 3.8 *2.5m. The window faces south with excellent lighting. The bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe are all included, so you can move in with just your luggage. The bathroom and shower (two separate rooms) are shared with one other female roommate.

- **Availability**: Available immediately until August 2th. Currently only considering rentals of one week or more. Rent is £210/week, all-inclusive (negotiable within reason).

- **Preference**: Since I’m sharing with friends who are very nice, I hope to sublet to a female who is clean, respects others' space, and friendly.
