Looking for a flatmate

I have 2 double bedrooms available in a lovely 3-bed apartment in West Hampstead. The smaller double room has a built-in wardrobe, while the larger double room has ample space for a desk and leads out onto a courtyard. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, shared living room/dining room and excellent Wi-Fi. Plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent transport links as well: Jubilee line, Thameslink and Overground are all within a 5-10 minute walk, and there are buses that go all over London, so the city is within very easy reach.

I’m 28, and studied Music up to Masters level, and I now work as a data analyst at Arsenal. I am usually out on most days for work, but also sometimes work from home.

I am looking for professionals or postgraduate/mature students who are easy to get along with, on the quiet side and between 22 and 30. (Please note that if you are a student, you will need a UK-based guarantor as per the landlord’s requirement.)

The flat costs £2812.60 pcm: the rent for the large double room is £940 pcm, while the small double room costs £902 pcm. Bills are shared equally, but are around £130 pcm pp (£7 for Wi-Fi, £56 for electricity, £17 for water and £50 for council tax).
