Double room in amazing location

Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy on my double room in West Hampstead/Kilburn as I’m moving in with my partner. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It’s on the ground floor of a split level 3 bed flat (one bedroom and a toilet are on the first floor) and has a lovely bay window overlooking the patio.

The house is right on the edge of West Hampstead and Kilburn, each jubilee line station is about a 5-10 minute walk away. There’s also West Hampstead thameslink, West Hampstead or Brondesbury overground stations, all of which are also 5-10 minutes away. West Hampstead is full of nice coffee shops, restaurants and bars as well as great charity shops, Kilburn is a bit more lively with takeout places, the local small supermarkets (Sainsbury’s and Tesco both 5 minute walks away) and general shops.

You’ll be living with Kris and Bartek! The three of us have been pals for a few years and all work in the media industry. They’re both very clean, respectful and tidy people. The house has a large shared living room where the three of us often catch up over dinner, there’s also a smart TV and extra storage in there. The bathroom is on the ground floor, has a heated towel rail and a shower with really good water pressure. The patio is lovely in the summer sun and gets a few hours of sunshine a day. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washer/dryer combo along with plenty of cupboards and drawers for storage.

Our current tenancy is due to expire in January 2026, however if you did want to move out sooner, you can simply replace yourself as I am doing so now. Any questions, please let me know! Thanks,
