Description
The Flat & Location:
A spacious, well presented raised ground floor 2 double bedroom apartment in peaceful, leafy West Hampstead.
West Hampstead is a stunning North London village with all you could ask for. The street that we are on also has its own community, quieter than the main high street but with lots of nice coffee shops, florists, a post office and a great Sunday lunch pub.
The flat is well connected and just a 10 minute walk from the underground (Jubilee Line), overground and train (Thameslink) stations.
There is a spacious living room which overlooks a rear garden, so it has plenty of natural light and it's exceptionally quiet. From the living room, you can access a little private terrace which is great in this time of year.
The Bedroom:
A nicely presented double bedroom which comes with a double bed with mattress and 2 large wardrobes.
The bedroom is the largest of the two and has space for a desk if working from home (please note the desk and bedside table in the picture belong to the current tenant). My bedroom doesn’t have enough space for a desk, so I WFH in the living room.
About me & You:
I’m Luca (32). Originally from Italy, I’ve been living in London for the past 4 years. I work as a data analyst and typically go to the office a few days a week. I spend my evenings reading or watching a movie/TV show. On the weekend, I like to walk to the Heath, try new restaurants, and go see live gigs or stand up comedy shows.
I am easy-going and sociable; clean and tidy as a flatmate and always respectful of others’ privacy and personal space.
I see my home as a quiet, clean, and calm place to get away from the frenzy of the city and I treat it as if it were mine. As a result, I'm looking for someone who's similar in that way, so if you're a big going out person that loves hosting and wants to have people over for drinks and dinner parties every week, this isn't going to be one for you!
If you are interested in the room please message me with a bit about yourself, what you do for a living, whether you are working in an office or from home, and what hobbies and interests that you have.
Other important bits:
- The contract will be signed through a letting agency so will be subject to referencing.
- The start date is the 1st of October. It might be possible to start a few days earlier (to be agreed with the former flatmate), but it’s not possible to start after the 1st of Oct.
- Bills for Council tax, gas/electricity, internet, & water should average around £150-170 per person depending on the season.
