📍LOCATION: In a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat on the second floor of a converted mansion house on a lovely leefy street.
5 minute walk to the West Hampstead Thameslink and 7 minutes to the West Hampstead tube station (Jubilee line). Also close to loads of buses. Many amenities are a short 2 to 5 minute walk away such as a Tesco, Sainsbury’s, local pubs, a hardware store, etc.

🏡 ROOM: The room has a double bed with a huge built-in wardrobe and a bedside table. There are 2 big lovely windows which make the room very bright.

📆 AVAILABILITY: The room is available on September 15th. It is a tenancy take over.

💸 RENT: It is £1190 per month. Bills are about £100 per month. Referencing checks will need to be passed and there is a deposit fee of about £600.

🕺ABOUT THE FLAT: You’ll be living with a lovely bloke in his early twenties who works in finance.
