Cute double in a lovely Victorian house

Hi all! We are looking for a new flatmate to share our beautifully modernised & large 4 bedroom Victorian home in West Hampstead.

The flat has an open plan kitchen with dining space & lounge. There is plenty of storage space (including an attic!), a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and really everything else you would expect in a modern flat; modern bathrooms, strong internet connection, a good central heating system, and even a weekly cleaner who cleans your bedroom! (This is covered in your rent).

We are in the heart of West Hampstead, just 12 minutes walk to the tube or 8 minutes walk to the Thameslink and the Overground. The area has plenty of nice restaurants and local pubs around, shop, gyms, lovely greenery and such.

The bedroom has a double bed, big wardrobe, drawers unit, some shelving, and a desk with chair. It also gets plenty of natural sunshine (my plants have been loving it!)

All bills in total come to around £100pcm on top of the rent, maybe a little more in the winter.

There are 2 girls and 1 guy living here, but we don't mind the gender split as long everybody gets along. We are LGBTQ+ also. We are all friendly, love to chat in the lounge but also work pretty busy jobs so are totally cool to keep to ourselves for good balance :)

IMPORTANT: lease will be re-signed for 12 months on 28 September -- ideally your name can go on it (but you'd still pay rent only from end of October, whenever you move in) -- that way your name is on the lease and you are sure that the rent stays the same for the year!
