Cosy double room in West Hampstead

Hiyaa this is Federica, Justin and Robbie! We’re looking for a new female flatmate to rent a lovely small double room in a spacious flat in West Hampstead.

We’re all professionals working mainly in the office and a couple of days from home during the week. We’re very sociable people but we also enjoy our own spaces.

Ideally you are a professional with similar lifestyle and interests to us! xx

Some info on the room/flat:
- Move in date: November 1st
- Fully furnished, as shown in the pictures, with a small desk if needed.
- Shared bathroom with Federica.
- 830 monthly rent + bills (70£ CT, 15£ wifi and around 50£ for electricity, depending on the season, water 70£ once every six months)
- Deposit is £1,092
- 5 minute walk to Jubilee line, Overground to Stratford/Clapham Junction/Richmond, and Thameslink (going to Luton and Gatwick airport)
- 2 minute walk to Tesco, Sainsbury’s and lots of restaurants just on the main street
