Description

Hello! I’m sadly moving out of my flat and looking for someone to take over my large, cozy room.

About the Room: The room is genuinely massive—pictures don’t do it justice. It comes with a double bed and plenty of space for additional furniture, including a home office setup. It also features a generous walk-in closet with a clothes rack and chest of drawers. The room overlooks Abbot’s Place, a peaceful street with very little traffic.

About the House: This three-story house is as spacious as it is charming, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light.

- Ground Floor: Large kitchen with a dining area, plus a living room with two sofas, a TV, and a large dining table. The living room boasts beautiful windows looking out onto the garden.

- First Floor: This is where your future room is located, alongside Kirsty’s room, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet.

- Top Floor: Benji and Greg’s rooms, a second bathroom, and a convenient storage room that doubles as a drying room, so you don’t need to dry clothes in your room.

Key Features:

- Lovely garden with table and chairs (garden maintenance is handled by the landlords).
- Dishwasher and washing machine with dryer function.
- Large room with walk-in closet.
- Shared bathroom and separate toilet with just one other person.
- Quiet, well-maintained street.

About the Flatmates: The house is shared with three friendly flatmates. It’s a social and welcoming group that enjoys both hanging out at home and going out together, while also respecting each other’s space. The house is LGBTQ+ friendly, and we’re looking for someone who is too!

About the Area: West Hampstead is a quiet, safe, and incredibly well-connected neighborhood. You’ll be:

- 10-12 minutes’ walk from the Jubilee, Overground, and Thameslink lines at West Hampstead.
- 10 minutes from the Bakerloo line at Kilburn Park.
- 7 minutes from Kilburn High Road Overground.
- 15 minutes from the Metropolitan line at Finchley Road.
- The area also boasts great pubs and restaurants—Bobby Fitzpatrick’s and Takagiya are local favorites—and you’re close enough to enjoy weekend walks at Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath.

Extra Info:

- Council tax for the house is £250 per month (shared among flatmates).
- A cleaner comes twice a month.
- The room comes with some furniture, and I’m happy to sell some additional pieces if needed.

I’m moving out only because my best friend is moving to London and we want to find a place together—otherwise, I wouldn’t leave this amazing flat!
