2 flatmates for double rooms in West Hampstead

Hi mates!

I’m Prem. I work in Business Consulting and I’m looking for 2 great flatmates to join me in West Hampstead as sadly my two current mates are moving out to move in with their partners!

What I’m looking for in flatmates 🔍

- Social (but sensible haha) mates who would want to hopefully chill together a few evenings every week over a bit of TV or something similar and be up for doing things nearby like a trip to the pub (of which there are many choices and places to explore), flat dinners every few weeks etc
- However, I also respect other people’s time and space though so completely get that everyone needs time alone too

Rooms

- Second floor flat
- Room 1 (smaller one) - £820pm - the larger bathroom is shared with me
- Room 2 (larger room with en-suite shower and toilet) - £1050pm
- Bills are an extra £150pm ish (but depends on usage ofc)

The area - defo a prime location 🏡

- It’s pretty great - you’re near some great pubs, shops and supermarkets
- Really well connected - less than 10min walk to West Hampstead Station (Jubilee Line Underground), this station is also close to the Overground and Thameslink which can take you to the airport, London St Pancras, Kew Gardens, Stratford etc. direct as well as loads of other places
11min walk to Kilburn High Road Overground station (for Euston)
- Things nearby all within 10-15m walk - M&S Food x2, Greggs, Costa, Good Gyms (I go to PureGym which has a few floors and is great), Starbucks, Rosa’s Thai, Five Guys, Took Took (Indian), Big Sainsbury’s (winning), Iceland, Boots, Superdrug, local bakeries, Waitrose, Nero, WIRED coffee, Intermission Coffee, Good Pubs & more

- Social, friendly and just good vibes but also sensible haha
- Working professionals only, no students, couples or drugs
- Up for nights in and nights out sometimes
- Friendly, tidy, will do their bit to keep the flat clean, will pay bills on time 😂 (payable to me directly as I will be sorting the bills going forward)
- If you’re vegetarian or want a gym buddy - that’s a bonus

The contract & rent (an absolute steal if you ask me) 📑

- 6 months minimum (and then you’d renew for another 6 months thereafter etc or those staying on would need to find a replacement)
- Move in date: Nov 10th (you can move within a week later of this date but will be paying from this date)
- Deposit £885 per room (to be paid directly to landlord, landlord to confirm amount)
- We have a great landlord, Caroline, and a great maintenance man who quickly fixes any issues in the flat if any
- Parking is available I believe (for a fee)

- Leicester born and bred
- 27 year old male
- Been in London on and off since uni 2015
- Friendly, social and tidy
- Likes going to the gym, doing a bit of yoga and Boxfit
- Always up for a chat and exploring a new place, restaurant or pub
- Into my music - RnB, Afrobeats and a bit of Pop now and again
