Hi!
We are looking for a new flatmate to join our four-bedroom flat in West Hampstead, as our Aussie mate is heading back home! The small double bedroom will be available from mid-November.
About Us: You’ll be sharing with Connor, Millie, and Anna. We’ve lived together for 2.5 years in our chilled, friendly flat. We of course all have our own space and routines but love to catch up over reality TV nights or pub quizzes. We also plan days/nights out on occasion!
The flat: Our flat has 4 bedrooms, a great sized living room with a dining table, plus beautiful views across London from all bedrooms. We only have one bathroom which hasn’t been an issue for us so far, but of course does need to be considered!
The available bedroom does not have space for a desk, so you are welcome to work in the living room when working from home (but you may have to put up with Anna and Millie listening to 00s pop party on occasion as we work from home two days a week).
Location: Our cosy flat is a 10 minute walk to West Hampstead and Kilburn stations, which gives you easy access the Jubilee Line, Overground and the ThamesLink. Finchley Road station is also only 15 mins away so you have the Metropolitan Line too.
The flat is also ideally located near West End Lane which has great cafes, pubs, independent shops and restaurants (Nando’s included). We are also just a 20min walk to beautiful Hampstead Heath!

Rent: £715/month
Bills: Approximately £130/month (depending on season)
