Double room in West Hampstead

Hello!

We are a house of 4 lovely gals looking for another to join the family. We are all working professionals in sectors including environmental consultancy, marine conservation and hospitality, with a mixture of office and home working. We love to socialise together, have wine nights and the occasional houseparty, but also love a night in watching tv and appreciate our own space.

We are looking for another female who is a working professional (no students sorry) aged 25-30 to join our house for a minimum of 4 months starting 2nd November with the likelihood of extending (our contract ends 2nd March but we are planning to extend by a year). Rent is £850pm plus £100 for bills. The room available is a double room with a bed frame included, but is otherwise unfurnished. There is a big wardrobe in the hallway that can be used. There is a bathroom next door to the room which you will share with one other person. Being clean and respectful is a must as we like to keep a tidy home. We share kitchenware but don’t cook together as we are a mixture of meat eaters/vegans. The house is right next to the train lines, with a 10 minute walk to the jubilee line (West Hampstead), overground and ThamesLink.

Personality wise, we are looking for someone sociable who has their own things going on but wants to have friends not just housemates. We have a range of interests in the house, including gymming/running, reading, drinking, football (both men’s and women’s), dancing and karaoke.
