Double Room in West Hampstead

Hi! I’m Michele and we’re looking to find a new flatmate for a double room in our 3 bedroom flat share. You will be sharing with me (a PhD student) and my flatmate Seamus who is currently working in Central London.

The rent is £805 (excluding bills) and then bills are no more than £50-70 per month each, including WiFi, Gas, Water and Electricity.

There are two bathrooms in the flat, with one containing a bath / shower. There is also plenty of storage space for any clothes / items directly outside of your room with sliding doors. The flat has been newly redecorated and has direct access to a private garden. The flat splits between the ground and lower ground floor and has an open plan living kitchen area with direct access to the garden.

The flat itself is located on Mill Lane allowing quick access to the amenities on West End Lane as well as West Hampstead Underground (Jubilee), West Hampstead Thameslink and Overground Stations. There is also a direct overground train to King’s Cross in around 10-15 minutes which makes it great for any commuters in to central London!
