Beautiful Bright Double Ensuite in Warm Flatshare

I'm moving out in December to live with a friend, and looking for someone to move into my large king-sized loft room which includes an ensuite and stunning views over north London.

Nov 20, evening
With a contract hand-over hopefully finalised by the end of November.
Current date for moving in is Dec 13, but there is some flexibility.

The Area:
🚃 10 min walk from West Hampstead Thameslink
🚃 15 min walk to Overground
🚃 15 min walk to Jubilee Line - very quiet and safe in the evening
🥐 Bakeries, local bars and restaurants with a local town feel along West Hampstead, plus great bus connections especially C11 bus up to Camden, Hampstead Heath and Archway which stops just around the corner.
4-person flat share with private landlord, which has a large living room/kitchen
☀️ The room is quiet, cozy, and gets lots of direct sunlight, with great views.

What We're Looking For:

Flatmates Stam, Sheneece and Saya are hoping for someone friendly and respectful who will be go to the office some days, but might be down for the occasional movie night or drink at one of WHamp's lovely local pubs. When we meet each other in our cozy shared living room / kitchen we catch up and hang out, or just say hi as we go about our own London lives. Guys and gals both welcome, we're just looking for someone to maintain the current friendly flat atmos!

The Room:

Includes:

/Two wardrobes with shelving
/Attic space
/Desk and chair (desk chair in photo is my own),
/King-sized bed
/Bedside tables.
/Bathroom cabinet -- other shelves and storage are my own
/Shower with excellent water pressure and heating
/Toilet/sink in ensuite

Rent includes:
/Water bills
/Weekly cleaner organised by the landlord who cleans all rooms including bathrooms which takes the pressure off the flat share considerably

Each bedroom in the house is on a different floor. The flat is always super quiet and calm even on weekends -- though everyone is welcome to have friends round. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, plates etc. and two fridge/freezers.

We have the heating on in early morning and evening over winter. Each member of the flat takes charge of a different bill and we settle on Splitwise.
We're Camden Council tax Band E, and monthly bills come to a bit over £100.
We chat about any issues in person and care about everyone living together well.
The flat contract runs until September 2025. The landlord is very flexible about signing over contracts when needed to move in and out. We've had a few breaks in the years I've lived here, all sorted quickly.
