House - 4 double bedrooms (2 with en suites), 1 shared bathroom, 1 small toilet, large kitchen / living room and roof terrace with a BRILLIANT view!
Travel - There’s tube, overground and Thameslink all within a 10 min walk.
Monies - Rent is £904 a month, bills (internet, gas, electric, tv licence, council tax) usually about £80/90 a month, maybe a little more in the winter because of heating. Water bill is included in rent.
Contract - Deposit is approx £950. The current lease runs until September 2025, but we have renewed it many many times and may do so again.
You will be living with Jess (27), Holly (28) and Drew (28). Jess and Holly work as Project and Programme Managers in the NHS and Drew is a Software Engineer.
We are looking for a flatmate to join our cozy and chilled home! If you’re friendly, tidy, and bring some niche knowledge for pub quizzes, you’ll fit right in. We’re a social household and are good friends with the neighbours - we often go to our local pub, have a university challenge night or roof drinks together when weather allows (or bring up blankets when it doesn’t) and like to throw parties together every so often. We are looking for someone who is keen to join social activities, but who also is happy in their own space, as we all tend to be out a few nights a week.
We’ve got a great, harmonious balance in the flat right now, so we’re looking for someone who’s easygoing and considerate to fit in with this.
