SUBLET Studio - December/January

Hi there!

I’m subletting my studio from December 15th to January 18th (5 weeks). The studio is located on a quiet street in West Hampstead and has excellent transport links nearby:
• West Hampstead Underground (Jubilee Line) and Finchley Road (Metropolitan Line).
• West Hampstead Overground (trains to Stratford, Richmond, Clapham).
• West Hampstead Thameslink (trains to the City, Gatwick, Luton).
• Several bus routes.

The studio is 25m² and comes furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe, shoe rack, TV, sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, toaster, kettle, 4 burners, and a fridge. It also includes plates, glasses, cutlery, and all the essentials.

Important: The bathroom is separate. The studio is on the ground floor, while the bathroom is on the first floor. There are two bathrooms available: one full bathroom with a bathtub and a smaller one with a shower. The washing machine is located in the basement.

I’m looking for a quiet person, as the neighbors are professionals who value silence and mutual respect. This is not a suitable place for parties. It’s ideal for a single person looking for a temporary space.

The price is £975 for the 5 weeks, including ALL BILLS. A £425 deposit is required to cover any potential damages during the stay, but it will be fully refunded if everything is in good condition.
