Two rooms together in West Hampstead for £950 pcm

We’re giving out two rooms together for £950 per month. You will be sharing a toilet with only one other person. The kitchen is shared by all of us. One room is slightly smaller than average (still big considering what you find in London), which is why we’ve allocated two rooms together for one person.

The house is situated 10 minutes away by walk from Finchley Road tube station and 5 minutes walking from West Hampstead tube station and West Hampstead Thames link, so the location is great.

We’re a flat of 3 guys who graduated university and have recently started grad jobs. We had a flatmate move out and are looking for someone to take his place. We’re all originally Indians, but we have lived outside of India for our whole lives. We have no preference for a roommate, and we’re all pretty clean

Our contract started on September 11 2024 and is for one year, so you’ll have to stay until September 11th 2025, unless you find someone else to take over the room.
