Gorgeous double room in garden flat

Hi! We, Josh and I, are looking for a new roommate for our gorgeous, groundfloor garden flat in the beautiful West Hampstead!
I only lived here since September but Josh has been here for years and we both love the flat. ✨

The flat is no more than five minutes from West Hampstead and Kilburn tube stations, plus the Overground at Brondesbury/West Hampstead. High street just around the corner as well with loads of supermarkets, little cafes, and shops. The garden is all private and currently a love/hate project of mine. We even have a dishwasher and tumble drier, what a luxury!

We are looking for a clean, considerate working professional (sorry students) who likes to be social but also respects others' private space. It's no party house but we do try to get into the routine of having dinner and movie nights!

About the room 🏡
It's a double room fully furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, and several storage units; is away from any street noise; and comes with views of our garden at the back of the house. It's also the only room on the second floor so privacy is a given.
Rent is £675 for the month paid directly to our private landlord who is really quick at replying and rather considerate as far as landlords go. Bills come to around £130 a month and we pay in a shared account.

Currently, our living room is getting renovated and we had a brand new bathroom installed recently.
