Double room in spacious West Hampstead flat

I am looking for someone to fill my room as moving in with a friend. There’s 6 months left on the contract but likely to renew in June so a little added flexibility :)

The flat is split level, with a spacious living room and kitchen and 2 bathrooms, the bedrooms are all on the top floor which is gloriously quiet, tucked just behind West Hampstead high street. It’s under 10 minutes from West Hampstead thameslink, overground and underground for the jubilee line so great connections for central and airport travel which has been a blessing!

The room itself is on the smaller side but enough room for a desk should you work from home which I have done a few times a week, it get plenty of light and is nice and warm. It’s currently furnished but can be removed if preferred and the chest of drawers I’ll take with me.

Current flatmates are Lexi and Omkar, both professionals in the early thirties, friendly, super easy going, always down for a chat, or walk / roast around Hampstead. Looking to fill the room asap, send a message for further info 😊
