1 large single/small double room available

Hey,

I have a furnished room available in West Hampstead. It is a large single at present but happy to replace with a double bed if you request it. About 5 minute walk to Finchley road and frognal or 7 to west hampstead thameslink./tube/overground stations. All bills included and i try to get most streaming services on the TV.

About me: 29-year-old professional work a hybrid schedule, so will work from home occasionally. Enjoy the nights out but also cozy evenings in watching TV. Would be up for sociable flatmates interested in doing stuff together, but also respect and understand the need for personal time.

Current other flatmate has two cats. She's a friendly professional from the US, also in her 20s.

Important: Plan to start doing some construction downstairs in the kitchen/outside but actually getting planning permission has involved constant delays so no idea when/if I will be able to start. Will discount the rent whilst the kitchen is out of commission by 10% (should be 2 months but may be more).

Also I will have guests on the sofa bed in the living room occasionally but will always try to let you know in advance and you can obviously do the same. My sister will be staying over on some Wednesdays for the next 3-6 months whilst she does her psychotherapy placement.
