Small Double Room Zone 2

I’m moving out of my cosy room in a three bedroom flat in West Hampstead with a living room, separate kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet and balcony. Third floor, with lift, quiet street, 7 minutes walk from West hampstead tube, Thames link & Overground. Very nice high street, charity shops, cafes, lots of different gym groups and three supermarkets nearby.

The two girls living in the flat are very chilled, super friendly, love a movie, game of tennis or a cryptic crossword!
They both work in the medical industry and wfh 2/3 days a week maximum. Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home or does on the occasion.
I met them on spare room and we’ve become amazing friends, (moving out to live with the boyfriend).

Other things to mention:
-Heating is included. Everything else is divided by three, coming to £100 a month.
-I am happy to leave the bed frame in the room which has storage drawers.
-You will be taking over the year lease from myself which ends in September, can be renewed then if you’d like.
