Replacement tenant for student accomodation

Hello, I am looking for a student to replace me on my contract for my accomodation. It is a IQ Haywood house accomodation on a fixed contract, and I'm looking to end my contract early as I have dropped out of university. The room is a comfortable, fully furnished accomodation with an ensuite bathroom containing a shower, toilet and sink. There is a shared kitchen/living room space, however this specific room is on a floor of very polite and cleanly people. The kitchen is fully kitted out, however you will have to provide cutlery for your own use. There is no TV license for the living room. All bills from utility to wifi is included, however you will have to pay per use for the washing machines. The site has a communal study area, a games area with a pool table and table football, and a cinema. The images attached are the commerical images used to advertise the room
