Self-Contained Studio In West Hampstead (Zone 2)

Hi Everyone, I am looking for a replacement tenant for a studio flat I lived for more than 2 years. I am moving out due to personal reasons. It is a cozy self-contained studio really closed to W Hampstead station (NW6). Zone 2, and it is on the First Floor.

The contract rolls over on 27th of feb so ideally you will move in by 27th of June to take over the remaining lease until feb. You have the option to extend after that. We will complete all process of swapping via the agent, and it is a smooth process, as he is very responsive and I will help that process too.

- Self-contained studio so it got separate bathroom and kitchenette (induction) as well as fitted washing machine (hidden in the photos) between the kitchenette and the wardrobe.
- Double bed with table and chair (not office ones) included. Wardrobe is fitted too on the wall. Semi Funished
- Electric (not gas) only
- 6-8 mins walk from W Hampstead and nearby Kilburn and Finchley Road with waitrose, aldi, O2 shopping centre! + 20 min from Bond Street/central area ...also close to thameslink, and metropolitan line going straight to kings cross and bus stop that goes straight to stansted airport
- Lots of sun comes in but the room has a wooden floor so keeps room cool during the summer too

Bills are not included. It costs around 150-200 including council tax, water, wifi, electric, etc. During winter, the heating cost drops so this cost is flexible.

Requirements:
- Either a single professional or a professional couple, employed and earning at least £35,000 per annum.
- No pets, no kids.
- No preference on occupation/gender
- Deposit - 5 weeks rent (DPS protected)
