Student Accomodation- London- May till 30th August

Im currently looking for someone to take over my room in West Hampstead over the summer months. Ideally June 7 th (has to happen on a Saturday) out August 30th. The Rent is 362 GBP a week and there is a booking fee of 275 GBP.
Its Perfectly situated near the Jubilee line tube station West Hampstead. West Hampstead Thameslink train station. Plently of supermarkets and lovely restaurants and pubs all within 5 minutes walk.
Its been a fantastic little home. My own room with on suite bathroom. Shared living room and Kitchen with 8 amazing people. Gym, shared reception area with concierge/security. Laundry room with plently of washing machines and dryers. closed courtyard for mingeling with other students from several other London Universities. Pool table and arcade room. Fully furnished. TV Wi fi. Bike shed. Im probably forgeting something… basically you are really not missing anything. A great place to enjoy all of London and be able to study, sleep cook and nice meal watch a movie and be surrounded by fellow students if you wish or if not retreat to your own room.
