Looking ideally for a couple to take over a large en-suite double room in our large flat in West Hampstead.

The flat is spread over 3 floors and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen and a large outdoor roof terrace.

You'd be living with Meg, Georgie and Wil. Georgie and Meg both work in the arts - Georgie at a dance venue and Meg as a graphic designer. We're both sociable and love a film night, arts and crafts, museum visits, picnics on the heath, and days out, but we also respect each others privacy. Wil works in science publishing and is a keen gamer. Meg is also a keen gardener so you can expect fresh fruit and veg during summer and autumn.

We've lived here for 3 years and love it. The letting agency are very helpful too, which is always a bonus! The neighbours are very friendly and the area in general is so lovely, with West Hampstead high street a short stroll away and a little park opposite the flat. Hampstead Heath is within walking distance too. Transport is very convenient with the underground, overground and thameslink all within a 10-15 minute walk away, or 5 minutes on the bus (bus stop 1 min from the flat). The buses run 24 hours between Golders Green and Waterloo.

The room, with en-suite, is £1500 (£750 each). Move in from May 27th. Long term lets preferred.
