You'll be living with me and my Cavalier Todd. I'm friendly and tidy and like to have a chat and watch tv of an evening but also respect space and alone time. I work 2 days from home and I'm out a lot in the evenings so you'll have plenty of time with the flat to yourself too. Todd is a cuddly boy who loves everyone so liking dogs is a must!

- Flat was originally unfurnished but I've supplied a bed with Emma mattress, desk, clothing rack and bedside table. Plenty of room to add other bits to make it your own!
- Lovely and sunny in the day but doesn't get overly warm as it's not in direct sunlight.

- Ground floor flat with garden and decking area, lots of space for bbqs!
- Communal living spaces with everything you'd need including a coffee machine and air fryer.
