bedroom including: double bed, wardrobe and small desk along
office including: large desk, small cupboard
bathroom including: toilet, shower and bathtub

The location is very convenient and connected - 4 minute walk to West Hampstead Thameslink (Jubilee line), 7 minutes to West Hampstead Underground/Overground. Direct trains to Gatwick/Luton leave from West Hampstead Thameslink.

The area is well connected! There are plenty of shops, supermarkets (Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury, Aldi), restaurants & cinema complexes within walking distance.

Rent is £1200 per month for one person. Other bills are split evenly current per person costs per month approximately:
Internet: £10 Council tax: £66 Water: £25 Gas & Electricity: £30
(a regular cleaner comes for cleaning at about $30)
