Massive master bedroom on top floor

Rent is £1150 plus bills which are about £200 (Council Tax  - Band E - is the main killer).
Room is available immediately subject to the usual checks from the letting agents.

My current housemate is leaving and I'm looking for someone to take over his very large master bedroom.

Located on the top floor of a great mansion block, the west facing room has tons of light and with plenty of storage. The room itself is huge! (not sure if the photos can convey this).

The flat comes furnished with a well equipped kitchen (includes dishwasher), full-size fridge, shared bathroom with bath and a nice lounge room to chill in. There's also access to a communal garden. Additionally, the West Hampstead high street is just a 2 minute walk away. 

Easy access to public transport:
10 min walk to West Hampstead underground, overground and Thameslink.
15 min to Finchley Road tube station.
20 min Hampstead tube station.
5 min walk 13/113 and 139 buses (runs 24/7).

You’ll be sharing with me, a 42-year-old content creator creating videos about long distance hiking and backpacking. I also have one of the biggest board games collection in London, loves cooking up a storm (dumpling party?) and always carrying some sort of injury from yoga and bouldering.

As quite the tidy person, I’m looking for a professional who feels the same way about creating a comfortable, respectful home. Someone proactive, clean and happy to contribute to keeping the place feeling nice would be ideal.

The building itself is fairly quiet, with mostly families, so it’s a great fit if you’re looking for a peaceful place to come home and have a drink with a few friends. It’s definitely more “relaxing evening in” than “house party central”.
