My flatmate is sadly moving out, so I’m on the lookout for a lovely new flatmate (girl) to join me from 1 October 2025 – 22 July 2026 (can be earlier)! The flat is a 5-minute walk from West Hampstead Underground station, Overground and 7-min walk to the National Rail. Many amenities nearby too! Great location. The rent is £1100 and bills are £150 (covering water, WiFi, electricity, gas, council tax, and insurance).
We’ll be sharing one bathroom plus a bright, open kitchen and living room with high ceilings. I’m tidy, easy-going, and always up for a chat over a cup of tea (or wine!). If this sounds like a good fit, just drop me a DM — I’d love to hear from you!
