Large 1 bed flat available for 3 weeks

I will be travelling for a few weeks and would love to find someone to enjoy my space while I’m away. Dates are Sep 15th - Oct 6th. There is no flexibility on dates, just to be fully transparent!

I am also not open to negotiating prices. While that may sound harsh, it will save us all a lot of time & energy! 🫶🏼

I am ideally looking for a female tenant, or a couple. As my time is fairly limited these next few days, flat viewings will only be available for those willing to take the space for the full time.

I have a LOT of plants - they are my babies. So anyone interested in the space would need to be able to take care of these in my absence.

OK, so with that all out of the way - now flat description! It is a truly beautiful space and my home of 9 years - it’s loved and lived in. Pets are MOST welcome! 🐶😽

The flat has a very large living room (complete with hammock & projector wall) - the bedroom is equally large and leads onto a private south-facing balcony (for those who love the sunshine).

Enormous space for an individual, and large enough for a couple to enjoy. All the usual amenities are included - WiFi, heating, and oodles of fans in case the weather rises)

Looking for this to happen very quickly, but hoping to find the right tenant!
