Cosy, affordable room in NW6 with cats!

Hi there! Our flatmate is leaving and so we're seeking a friendly, mature, cat lover for our cosy room in NW6 :)

The room comes unfurnished. There is a futon bed in the living room that was originally in the room which can be moved there. The space is small but as you can see, a lot can be done with it. The current flatmate has a double bed, desk, chair and a tv in here so if you binge watch YouTube videos about tiny homes then you'll be right at home! You also have a large open wardrobe/shelf space just outside the room which comes included in the rent. The rent is very cheap for West Hampstead with great access to the Underground, Overground and Thameslink trains. Rent is not inclusive of bills or council tax.

There's a large living room, a big kitchen, a balcony for sunbathing and the flat is split over two levels - so there's plenty of space around the flat!

You'll be moving in with lovely flatmates and two gorgeous cats - Harry and Felix. Harry is 11 and Felix is 21! They are both indoor cats and huge softies. Felix will take his rent in snuggles, Harry will provide excellent balcony security.

Happy to have students apply for the room but you'll need to pay the difference in council tax
