Double bedroom in West Hampstead

Hi everyone!,

A double room has opened up in our lovely house share in West Hampstead.

We are three professional women in our mid-30s - we're a very chilled out bunch who like having takeaway and film nights together but also have our own hobbies going on. It's a very quiet, relaxed house, with two of us working long days in an office 3-4 times a week.

Please only message us if you’re aged 28 or over and are a working professional.

Just a little bit about our house:

It's a large, four-storey house with a garage, drive and patio. We have a spacious, newly-refurbished kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, and a large living room with a dining table.

The area is fantastic: we are extremely well-connected, within walking distance of the Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines, Overground and Thameslink, plus a wide range of supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, dry cleaners and coffee shops.

We are looking for someone who a friendly professional for the double room on the first floor of the house. The couple who currently occupy that room are moving out at the end of October, so the room will be available from November 1st.

Your monthly rent is £630 and bills come to around £116 per month, including gas and electric, water, council tax and internet.
