Double bedroom in West Hampstead

Hi everyone!,

A double room has opened up in our lovely house share in West Hampstead.

We are three professionals in our mid-30s - we're a very chilled out bunch who like having takeaway and film nights together but also have our own hobbies going on. It's a very quiet, relaxed house, with two of us working long days in an office 3-4 times a week.

Just a little bit about our house:

It's a large, four-storey house with a garage, drive and patio. We have a spacious, newly-refurbished kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, and a large living room with a dining table.

The area is fantastic: we are extremely well-connected, within walking distance of the Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines, Overground and Thameslink, plus a wide range of supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, dry cleaners and coffee shops.

We are looking for someone who a friendly professional for the double room on the first floor of the house.

Your monthly rent is £595 and bills come to around £116 per month, including gas and electric, water, council tax and internet.
