You will have your own cupboard space in the kitchen and share a fridge and freezer with only one other.

As a house we all live our separate lives and busy schedules, but are very friendly and like to sometimes cook together, watch a film or go out for a drink. So looking for someone with the same mindset who has their own busy life but is keen to contribute to the warm and friendly feeling of the house. (Not a party house!)

Also looking for someone clean and tidy who looks after the house, chores are shared on a rota.

THE AREA:
West Hampstead is a great place to live with lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs on both West End Lane and Kilburn High Road. And a Farmers Market on the weekend. It feels very safe. All amenities in close walking distance including a big Aldi, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose and M&S.

You can walk to Hampstead Heath or take a quick overground, and we also have the lovely Kilburn Grange Park at the end of our road.

Great transport links - Jubilee line, overground and Thameslink are all within 10min walk from the flat. Can get to city centre, Bond Street, Baker Street, Southbank etc in under 20mins. Also a bus stop 1min from flat which has routes to city centre.
