Ensuite room in west Hampstead

Hi!
I’m moving out of my flat and so I’m renting my huge ensuite room in a 2 bed 2 bath house.

It’s a 3 floor house which also has a lovely balcony, quiet and safe area very close to several transports (bus, Kilburn tube, West Hampstead tube/train/overground)

The tenancy ends by the end of June: you can potentially extend it but that’s a discussion to have with the landlord).
Price is 1205£ plus bills (it roughly comes to 190£ with broadband!)

The room comes unfurnished, although I’m happy to sell the bed (it has plenty of storage underneath) and chest of drawers! Also I’m keen to simply leave other of the furniture if you are happy to keep it (wardrobe, bedside tables, perhaps shoe cabinet).
You’ll be sharing with Sarah, a music teacher in her late twenties.
