The current tenants are George and Matthew - who are laid-back and friendly. They both work full-time professional jobs, and enjoy hanging out in the evenings when they get the chance. They also enjoy cooking, and cooking for each other occasionally.
The rent excludes bills / council tax, which is £30 per week in total.
The room includes a private balcony, with great views across London.
The flat is fully furnished - apart from the bedroom desk. Bed mattress available on request.
